HI TECH STAR works to make BIZDESK web services usable by as many people as possible, progressively targeting WCAG 2.2 Level AA.
Scope
The commitment covers the public website, forms, help centre, customer area and verification pages. The Windows application is assessed separately due to complex desktop tables and tools.
Measures
- semantic headings, labels and controls;
- keyboard navigation and visible focus;
- alternative image text;
- contrast and scalable layouts;
- form-related error messages;
- Italian, French and English content.
Known limitations
Some complex desktop tables and media may not yet be fully optimised for every assistive technology. This page reports a commitment and current status, not an external certification.
