Uninstall BIZDESK
You can remove BIZDESK from Windows without automatically losing your license. First decide what to do with data and the device.
Before uninstalling
- Complete the latest synchronization.
- Export or back up documents and data you need.
- To release the device, use Disconnect license.
Disconnecting is not erasing
Disconnect license preserves company data. Clear company data erases current workspace data and should be used only after checking your backup.
Remove the Windows program
- Open Windows Settings.
- Go to Apps → Installed apps.
- Find BIZDESK.
- Open its menu and select Uninstall.
- Confirm and wait.
License and account
Uninstalling does not cancel a lifetime license or close the customer account. You may reinstall a compatible release within the device limit of your plan.
Cloud or account erasure
Open a ticket or email software@bizdesk.app. Identity is checked to prevent unauthorised deletion and statutory retention duties still apply.
