BIZDESK publishes only measures and commitments that actually apply. This page does not claim certifications HI TECH STAR does not hold.
Principles
HI TECH STAR operates BIZDESK according to lawfulness, fairness, transparency, confidentiality and proportionality.
Service protection
- HTTPS for the website, APIs and restricted areas;
- separated customer and administrator workspaces;
- controlled sessions and protected passwords;
- periodic database and pre-update backups;
- package checks and rollback on errors;
- server verification of licenses, devices and revocations.
BIZ assistant
Questions to BIZ are processed on BIZDESK infrastructure and are not sent to an external AI service. A tracked support ticket can be opened when needed.
Payments and documents
PayPal handles online payments. BIZDESK stores necessary order references but not full card details. Certificates and license codes can be verified through BIZDESK.
Certifications
Unless explicitly stated and documented, BIZDESK does not claim ISO certification, public qualification or independent audit.

Report a vulnerability to software@bizdesk.app. Do not include passwords or full payment information.
