Data and purposes
We process identity, business, contact, order, technical security and license activation data to respond, perform the contract, deliver licenses, updates and cloud, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Legal bases and retention
Processing relies on pre-contractual and contractual steps, legal obligations, legitimate security interests and consent where required. Data is retained for as long as necessary and under applicable legal periods.
Recipients and payments
Authorized technical providers may process data. When PayPal is enabled, payment data is also processed by PayPal under its own policy; BIZDESK does not store PayPal account credentials.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, deletion, restriction, objection and portability where applicable by writing to software@bizdesk.app, and may complain to the competent authority.
