Providers and data processing
BIZDESK uses a limited number of technical services. Their privacy role depends on the service being used.
Aruba infrastructure
Function: server, connectivity, domain, DNS and email according to active services. Data: hosted data, technical logs, emails and connection data needed for the website, APIs and cloud.
PayPal
Function: PayPal or card-through-PayPal payments. Data: order reference, amount, currency, contact and result. PayPal operates under its own terms and acts as an independent controller for several processing activities.
Transactional email
Function: confirmations, license delivery, password recovery, tickets and alerts. Data: email, name or company, content and technical message metadata.
BIZ assistant
BIZ uses knowledge installed on the BIZDESK server. Questions are not sent to an external AI provider. Tickets are retained in the support system.
