Withdrawal and refunds
Conditions differ depending on whether the buyer acts as a consumer or professional customer.
Consumer customer
Where applicable, consumers have the statutory withdrawal period. If they expressly request immediate digital delivery before that period ends, service begins after consent and acknowledgement of the legal consequences.
Professional customer
Consumer withdrawal rights do not apply to purchases made for professional activity unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Failure or non-conformity
If the license is not delivered, does not activate or the digital content is not conforming, contact software@bizdesk.app with the order code. HI TECH STAR will provide the applicable remedy, including correction, redelivery or refund when due.
